With LOVE, we hand craft our artisan pierogi, potato pancakes, and Polish food.
I grew up with my Grandmother and Aunts making pierogi fresh. After my Grandmother passed, we had difficult, and most often times, disappointing experiences trying to find good pierogi. My Grandmother set the bar high. After one of those particularly rotten experiences, we decided to get my Grandmother's recipe and start making pierogi for ourselves. It was during this time that not only the importance of tradition but the passing on of those traditions became very clear to us. Without people to carry these torches, traditions such as pierogi making become lost, that is why we are LOST VILLAGE.
